Low down payment? Flexible financing? Fifteen or 30-year mortgage? Your Amwood Homes builder can assist you in securing home and construction loans with your local lenders.

Have a pre-construction conference.

Once you’ve secured financing, you’ll submit your deposit and sign the construction agreement. At your pre-construction conference, your local Amwood builder will discuss the project timeline with you. At this meeting, you’ll finalize your color selections, too.

Ready, set, go! While your builder is preparing your home site, the floor deck system, walls panels, and roof trusses are cut and assembled in one of our manufacturing facilities. This saves you time (typically, the building process is cut by four weeks) and money (less wasted materials).

Go through the final inspection and closing.

Go through the final inspection and closing.

Prior to closing, your local Amwood builder will accompany you on a final walk through of your new home. At this time, they’ll also complete any minor touch-ups that may be needed. Once you’ve made the final payment, you’re now the proud owner of an Amwood home.
