The process is simple.
- Meet Schedule Criteria - Once your home site foundation is in and the final plans are approved, you are placed on our delivery schedule.
- Delivery Date Provided - Then, we'll provide you with a hard schedule date, in an attempt to plan more accurately and hit our delivery target.
- Short Lead Time - Our commitment to you: We'll deliver your product to your job site within an average of 15 business days.
Each Builder is assigned to a team of individuals specific to you; A Regional Manager, a Draftsperson, and an Estimator. Through this approach, we strive to provide you an experience complete with strong communication, transparency, synergy, and efficiency.
We have experienced and trained crews who travel. If you have a preferred crew to use, that is completely acceptable, as well. We welcome your assistance in the discovery of qualified, reliable crews to work with.
Of course. Our Regional Managers are well qualified to assist in preparing your annual proposal operating statement. You will be pleasantly surprised at how close you can come to your annual profit projections! Let us help you enhance your efficiency and profit structure.
A full-time Builder, displaying a furnished model home, should have an average sales revenue of $1 million to over $1.5 million per year.
A few times a year, we offer a Builder School, which is a comprehensive program, training new Builders on all phases of efficient home building utilizing a panelized component system.
The return on investment in panelized homes is realized in scalability and efficiency. The expense of building a panelized home is in line with that of stick building. However, most Builders find they can build more houses in the same amount of time - building 10-20 homes per year, rather than five.

I was building one home a year and can realistically build 5 while not taking on any additional staff. Amwood has an incredible culture. The entire staff knows me by name at all of their functions. Builder Learning Curve: While they are advantageous and beneficial, our processes, software programs and systems may be completely new and overwhelming for an unfamiliar Builder. However, we have the proper team in place to help you, every step of the way, to adjust and overcome any of those concerns! Change can be hard for anyone, so let us guide you along the way to an extremely successful journey as an Amwood Builder.
Marketplace Perception: Panelization and off-site construction can be easily misunderstood in the marketplace. To overcome this misconception, we encourage our Builders to be educated in our system, as well as display how they personally believe in our system and products to their customers. Our best performing BUilders are true advocates of Amwood building systems.
