Amwood Homes Corporate

Our Corporate office is conveniently and centrally located in Janesville, Wisconsin. At this location, we are able to serve our customers with a highly experienced team composed of Executives and Leadership, Technical Services, Estimating, Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Builder|Supplier Relations, Marketing, and more. The pre-construction activities required to build home components, as well as the design and pricing of the home package, take place here.

Manufacturing Facilities

 
To best serve our extensive network of home builders, we have two component Manufacturing facilities, with one located in Madison, Wisconsin and the other in Montezuma, Iowa. At these locations, you will find a team of experts in Operations, Production, Truss Design, Interior Products and more.

Upon basement installation, the final structural drawings are completed and sent to one of our Manufacturing facilities for production of the floor system, wall panels, and roof trusses. Other materials are either inventoried at our Manufacturing facilities or delivered by one of our Suppliers to our plant to assemble all of the components and other materials necessary to complete the construction of the home package.
