Amwood Homes has three component manufacturing facilities as well as our corporate office with display center and model home to serve our customers. Our manufacturing facilities are located in South Beloit, Illinois; Toledo, Iowa; and Madison, Wisconsin. Amwood's corporate office is conveniently and centrally located for the Midwest market in Janesville, Wisconsin.

At our corporate office we have our design and architectural staff as well as our estimating, accounting, and marketing support staff. The offices of our CEO Doug Scott and President Virgil Waugh are here as well. The corporate office provides the pre-construction activities required to build the home components. The design and pricing of the home package will occur here, too. Often customers will come to our Janesville office with their builder to meet with one of our architectural designers, as well as walking through our display center and model home to select materials and colors for their home.

Once the basement is installed, the final structural drawings are completed and sent to one of our manufacturing facilities for construction to begin of the floor system, wall panels, and roof trusses for the home. Other materials are either inventoried at our manufacturing facilities or delivered by one of our suppliers to our plant to assemble all the components and other materials necessary to complete the construction of the home package.
